Baking was my gateway to brewing. I could already be patient, work well with yeast, grains and water so I figured - why not add alcohol into the mix! Although I quickly became hopelessly obsessed with brewing, I noticed that I also began to bake more. There is something about working with grains and yeast that is so magical. With a little bit of practice your patience will often be very well rewarded. So All Grains is my way of sharing that joy with you; the people of the web.
