Maple Brown Ale

Wednesday, April 17, 2013

This is a less traditional take on my original Brown Ale recipe, slightly tweaked and accompanied with maple syrup at flame out. The often overlooked brown malt really gives this beer a great traditional British malt flavor and the maple imparts a new world after taste and sweet odor without overpowering the dry malt background.
