Baking and Beer; A Love Story

When you're feeling like six hours in the kitchen toiling away with flour and sugar is too long, keep your spirits up, grab a beer and keep on working. Whether your wheat laden creation will have it's own fermentation time, soda-leavened rise or be a sugar packed calorie bomb, nothing makes the a day of baking go by better than some homebrew.

Dedication is a pint glass stained with flour; a long wait for a rise; and a failed new recipe, repeated until perfected.
